Dr. Babar Afzal MD holding a
Pakistan Medical & Dental Council Registration No. 78414-P is a very
popular and well-known physician from Pakistan. he was born on 15-06-1988 in a
small village named Kotli Hajipur located just near to Pasrur City in District
Sialkot of Pakistani Punjab. Dr. Babar Afzal is also known as Dr. Babar Afzal
Dhaliwal, Dr. Babar Chaudhary, and Dr. Babar Jatt. His family migrated to Lahore District soon after his birth. He
completed his primary education from Lahore most of it from Govt. High School
Govt. High School Padhana (Lahore Cantt). He did his matriculation from Govt.
High School Ban Bajwa of District Sialkot. He achieved the first position in
the school in the final year of school. Dr. Babar Afzal was very found of seeking
knowledge from his childhood. He never memorized the books, he always tried to
understand. He never studied for marks but for the fulfillment of his thirst
for understanding new things. Dr. Babar's teachers (Irshad Kahloon, Muhammad
Sharif and Mian Younus) helped him a lot in learning. They advised him to go to
Lahore. Dr. Babar Afzal did his Faculty of Sciences in Pre-Medical Subjects
from Govt. Islamia College Civil Lines. After that, he moved to Tajikistan and
did a Medical School Preparatory Course and
Got admission to Avicenna Tajik State Medical University Dushanbe,
Tajikistan in 2008. He got many awards from the university. Pride of
performance award was also given by the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of
Pakistan for his services for the country. Dr. Babar Afzal was the most popular
student among thousands of foreign students. He was a volunteer in Cultural
Club, Drug Information Club. He was also a member of Team Ambulance and Team
Shifo of Avicenna Tajik State Medical University. He participated in many TV
programs as a representative of the university. He also helped his professors
to translate scientific material from the Russian language to the English
language. He was one of the most famous students of the university. Dr. Babar
Afzal graduated from Avicenna Tajik State Medical University in 2014 with more
than 80% marks and came back to the homeland Pakistan.
After passing Pakistan Medical And Dental Council's National
Board's Examinations in the first attempt did his house jobs in Allama Iqbal
Teaching Hospital Sialkot and Shaikh Zayed Hospital Lahore. Since then he has
worked a permanent government doctor in Pakistan and did private jobs in
foreign.
Dr.Babar Afzal possesses extensive knowledge of medical and
health care policies and processes and has familiar command over verbal and
written communication with good interpersonal skills. He has strong
supervisory, organizational and management skills. He also possesses sound
judgment and analytical skills. He is familiar with operating systems like
Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and the internet. Dr. Babar Afzal proved

and ethics.
